At that price get the Klipsich V2 400s granted it is a 5.1 setup, but it sounds a lot better than the DTT2500s.

Maybe so but the Klipsch cost $250 and are purely computer speakers, whereas these come with a dolby digital decoder. So it can also be used as a cheap (and quite nice if you ask me) home theater solution for your set top dvd player or as computer speakers.
