Desktop Wallpaper Background viewer?

Windows has the ability to use your desktop as a slideshow. I´m looking for similar programs for windows desktop with pan and zoom effect when the pictures changes. Picasa has a screensaver that works that way, but I want for my desktop, as a wallpaper. Are there such programs?
