Desktop taken over?

My desktop back round has been changed to this thing saying I have spyware. Ran avg, Spy bot and super anti spyware.. I think I cleaned it all out..but my computer keeps giving me warnings saying I have spyware and it needs to be removed. Also my desktop keeps changing back to that annoying thing saying I have spyware. Thoughts?

Download, Install and run SuperAntiSpyware. After it cleans the system you may need to track down the Desktop image....Thats what it is, it's not really the wallpaper.

CAUTION! Although superantispyware has removed this infection from a number of systems for me, Windows will not boot in normal mode after cleaning. SO BE SURE SYSTEM RESTORE IS ENABLED and you have a system restore point you can run from before this infection happened. This way you can boot into safe mode and do a system restore. After the system restore, the system runs clean and normally. Good Luck.

Unfortunately, you haven't "cleaned it all out" if you have to add the word "but"...

Last night I was cleaning all viruses on my friends pc but i cant seem to change wallpaper/theme it was greyed out I have googled everything but I cant find the right word like removal tools, etc
