Desktop screen flickers in Safe mode

Hi Team,

I m having a problem of screen flickering since last 2 days , it started when i was playing Farcry 4, all of a sudden the game stopped and i was not able to play it ever since, i reinstalled the game as well as the graphic cards driver but the issue still continues,

Since yesterday my screen started flickering , i even rebooted in safe mode but the flickering was still there. I even switched the slots of my ram but still no luck.

My config is,
i3 processor, gigabyte mobo b85md3h, corsair vengeance ddr3 8gb ram (1x2), ati radeon 7770HD ddr5 graphics card, cooler master 450wts psu
 
OK i narrowed it down, the problem is with my graphics card HD7770 1gbddr5

I m getting msgs Display driver stopped working and recovered successfully,

i uninstalled the driver and updated it again but the problem is still there, i even tried system restore but no use.

I also tried uninstalling Google chrome and Mozilla Firefox but still no good
can anyone suggest anyother method or shall i give it to the service centre for repair or replacement
 
Is it a sapphire card? Judging by what you've diagnosed it looks like on the surface there is not much left to do but rma.
