desktop rotation with ATI video card software

Does ATI software allow to rotate a desktop (90, 180, 360) degrees like nVidia's software does. I am looking to buy a new video card and I would rather like to get Radeon 9600 pro, but I use my desktop rotated by 90 degrees (landscape view on flat panel) and I love that way to browse the Internet, etc but I am not sure if I will have that capability with ATI software.
 
It does, but it is hidden in the drivers. You can use Rage3D tweaker to expose the roation property sheet, and it works great.
 
In the registry hkey local machine, software, ati technologies inc. expand desktop click on the long number string folder. There's a value name rotation change the
00 00 00 00 value to 01 00 00 00

yes, my monitor (VG175) swivels and tilts and I like 90 degree rotated screen for web browsing, word (you can see all page!!!)

I am glad that this function exists in ATI, so now I perhaps should be looking at ATI cards instead of nvidia
