Desktop Recommendation

Looking for some recommendations for a beefy desktop for use at home for my company's president. While I believe he really only does web browsing, office and email related tasks, I basically can spend what I want on this, though I don't want to overspend on unneeded items.

-I need 3 monitors + mount
-I'm thinking 2 1tb SSD's in RAID 1 with a 3rd as a hotspare, paired with a hardware RAID controller for some hardware redundancy.
-2-4tb data drives in RAID 1.
-i7
-16gb+ memory
-Decent video card that can handle 3 monitors

I'm thinking of something along the lines of a Dell XPS 8700, but it looks like it may make sense to get a relatively low end model with the processor I want, and add a video card, raid controller, memory and drives.

Do you want to be tech support on it? Or do you already get paid to be tech support on his home PC?

If not, I would probably point him towards a Dell Precision. You can definitely build a Precision out the way you're wanting to, and it has a warranty on the whole system.

Yeah, I'll definitely provide support but I was hoping to have on-site hardware support in the event something fails. Trying to cut down on scenarios where I need to go out to his house, considering Murphy's law states it always happens on a weekend.

If you're looking for on-site hardware support that's not you, then you'll definitely want to go OEM. For the drive configuration you're looking at, the HP Z440 seems like the best fit.
