Desktop Notes to Desktop Outlook Synch?

I would like to synchronize my Desktop Lotus Notes with my Outlook on the same desktop. All I can find is things like Intellisync that you use to sync down to a palm or WinCE.

Does anybody know of a way to synch all on the desktop?

Here's a utility for converting Outlook 2k contacts to Notes. There are some other utilities on notes.net that might work. Just check in the sandbox area and view the downloads by category. The apps you would want are under Tools.
