Desktop keeps hibernating after awhile of regular sleep

My desktop computer enters hibernating state and requires a quasi-reboot (but everything is still where I left it) after some amount of time sleeping (I haven't determined how long.) This is driving me nuts as I often need to use it for one minute in order to do a small amount of work, but I have to wait 30 seconds or so before it's ready to use.

I have tried turning off everything in power settings (Windows 10) that looks even a little like a hibernate or sleep state that I don't want it to use, except "Put the computer to sleep after 2 hours." I want basic, low power sleep--I can't remember what it's called--but I don't want it to hibernate ever really. (I will save my work and turn it off, thank you, if I want it to use no power.) I even turned off some sleep states (E3/E6?) in BIOS.

Any thoughts?

Plus, doing so will delete a file from your main system volume that's approximately equal in size to your system RAM! If you've got a small-ish SSD for a boot drive, that's a bonus in and of itself.
