Starting yesterday I've been having an issue in Windows 11 in that my desktop icons won't respond sometimes to mouse clicks for the first few clicks and then they respond. I can still bring up the start menu or the task manager and I can still move the mouse cursor. It happens when I don't use my PC for at least 2 hours but leave it turned on.
