I want to get rid of those nasty shortcut arrows on all of my shortcut icons. I'd use Activicons and the like but I've had bad luck with them so I thought I'd just use IconForge to change them into an all transparent icon. But I have no idea where to look for it in the Windows directory (and I'm much too lazy to look 
)so if anyone knows off the top of their head where exactly it's located I'd appreciate it.
Also, has anyone figured out how to get around having to have a name under the icon? I'd like to have just the icon, with no name, on my desktop.
