Desktop icon label transparent

Hi,

one day one of my colleage's computer's desktop icon's label has colour

what i mean is the desktop's icon's label should have no colour, just the font, but now it has colours, it is very annoying, how can i remove it?

Right click My Computer-->Advanced-->Performance-->Settings-->Visual Settings

Make sure that 'Use drop shadows for icon labels on the desktop' is selected.

wait, so is there a tool you can use to change the colors of your desktop icons like mac OS's do it? because that would be nice
