I love my sonata but I have this huge heatsink that needs to be vertically oriented for the heatpipes to work. Therefore, I need a case that I can install this unit in.

Any ideas?

Well the article says it's approx 6" high. Won't that fit (just barely) in the Sonata? It might be up against the side panel. Is that a prob?

Didn't see any dimension specs on the Sonata, and don't have one nearby. The el cheapo case sitting in front of me looks like it could handle it (just barely). Are you sure it won't fit? Seems a little silly to make a HS that won't fit in a mainstream case, how they gonna sell any :)

I'd be wary of using such a tall and heavy heatsink. Newegg lists the height as 145.5mm tall which is about 5.7", and the listed width of a sonata is 8.13", so you have ~2 inches of play room including the mobo standoffs. Make sure you put your sonata case on the side though, so the heatpipe works and it doesnt rip the socket out of your mobo.

i'd be scared to have that thing on. I'd worry about my mobo warping.

Heh. You can install it on the sonata and hope that it can transfer heat from the heatsink to the side panel. That would be cool.
