Desktop Build to play SC2

Like the thread title states I am looking for a desktop build that will play SC2 reasonably well at 1280x1050ish.

Would upgrading this pc work:

with a new power supply & graphics card? (thinking radeon Radeon HD 5750/5770)

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You could probably build a system of that caliber with about the same about of money. Anyway, please answer the questions from the sticky.
