Design revising, need suggestions

I made it quite a while back, any suggestions as to what could be changed as I turn it into something else?

your logo is a bit hard to read......
for some reason i'm not digging the teal on black scheme
.....yeah just play with the graphics as a whole

WRONG colors bruther love.

That teal color just completely does not go w/the black. Seems kinda messy.
