Description of process for getting gas to consumers

Are there any good sites that have an overview of all the steps involved in providing gasoline to consumers? From removing crude oil from the ground all the way to the pump. This would include the price at each step.

Also, a description of how the price of a barrel of oil is determined?

Thanks.

It should be noted that part of the chain of the diagram in GeneValgene's link is being used less and less.

Most of the US refinery storage for fuel products has been demolished due to environmental/inventory control issues. This has a lot to do with volatility lately as there is no fuel reserve as there was in the past. Storage now consists of the pipeline.
