The next time I go to Vegas, I'm going to check out the Orleans... I've never been able to find any great Vegas deals, except for those 99-cent shrimp/lobster cocktails in Old Vegas... 😛

Yeah, the orleans is off the strip. just ask any taxi driver and they will tell you where it is. pretty new establishment so its not all ghetto like the ones in downtown las vegas. real easy to get to too. its the best 1.95 steak and eggs i have ever had..... i highly recommend

Thanks so much for the tip, I'll definitely check it out when I go to Vegas next month... 😀

You know whats funny about this is that when i went, i got totally blasted and got a little greedy. i order the steak and eggs. the bone in ham and eggs. and a side of 99 cent biscuits and gravey. the bill came out to 5 dollars for just me so i paid the whole bill for all my friends (im drunk you see). dude, let me telll you that my eyes were bigger than my stomach. i had to take more then half back to the hotel. double hash browns (i ordered two meals remember) are not as good in the next day after they been sitting in your hotel room, but i just went back to the orleans and did it again.

anyone know of a good deal in las vegas for hotel rooms

I don't know about best deal, but this place is easily the best restaurant I've ever eaten at - the squab was incredible.

Here there was great atmosphere, but I felt the food didn't live up to its billing.

hands down...... jack in the box had this thing a couple of years back called the big deal. for 99 cents you got a hamburger, a taco, and small fries.
99 cents for all this. only in america. i order ten.

!!!! I've never seen a Jack's offer like that, but that's pretty crazy... how do they make a profit with that kind of a deal??

I remember this also. Jack in the Box had a major e.coli contamination in their meat and the media was all over it.

Jack in the Box had this deal to get people back in the restaurant.

:Q Must've been before I came to Cali...

Costco hot dogs are kinda rubbery. 🙁 I tried one once and was pretty disappointed... IKEA Swedish meatballs, on the other hand, are delicious. 😀

Mmmm, squab! I want to take a cruise from Los Angeles to Vancouver sometime this summer... once in Vancouver, I'll have to check it out. I love squab.

I think it was the early or mid 90s.

The restaurant that was there before was called Foxy's and it was pretty good (although I only went there once) thats so cool hot deal right next to me!

I love the entertainment book. Yeah it costs $25 for the book, but you can easily save that in one meal, since they have a buy one get one free, and some of those meals cost over $25. Not to mention they have travel and hotel discounts as well.

I remember we ate at a place called Fez in Philly, there were 4 of us, and with all the coupons we had it cost somehting like $50 total. And it's a 5 course meal or something rediculous. I personally didn't like all the food, but for that price, eating half of it, who's going to complain?

Wow, what a deal! Where does one go to get an entertainment book? 🙂
You can get one at entertainment.com 🙂
