Was Nvision 08 open to the public? Because if they aren't, the last time I checked, the inquirer has not been, nor will ever be invited to an nvidia event.

Or it simply never happened and the inquirer person made up all that BS while sitting in a hotel room trying to figure out how they were going to con their management out of another paycheck.

If someone openly acknowledges themselves as having so little ethics as a journalist that they are willing to snoop thru another person's personal communications on their laptop screen then I'd be willing to bet that person has little enough ethics as to just make shit up as if it were real to begin with.

Nvision08 was open to the public; that IS why i went .. it was "free"
- theinq was represented, Sylvia was there {AFaiK}

their mini-Nvision09 [their GDC] otoh is $250 to attend
- i might just drive up for the first day, Sept 30
{$65 ... i like San Jose and i know the way}

Nvidia didn't give anything to Charlie; it was from his tweet that Mr Perez broke the news
