You don't seem to understand how this works. The worse the outlook for our economy (recession, for instance), the more the dollar rallies against other currencies. Why? Because as we liquidate labor, prices and wages will be revalued and eventually come down. Fewer dollars will buy more goods as producers and managers are forced to lower prices. You can see it happening now with oil.
