actually you're right. you were making assumptions and being a judgmental prick based on those assumptions. also, if you really think this is a real ad on craigslist you should quit the internet now.

it kind of looks like the guy from the spin doctors.

Are dreds really that rare in the states?

Most of the PHD engineers in my last place of work looked way shaggier than that dude with way nastier dreds/hair and they clear well into 6 figures... They wouldn't even wear a hat to cover it up! Doubt any of them had kids though...

i don't see too many white people with dreads in the atlanta area.

Again, you admit you're just trolling?

i prefer to call it having fun with judgmental pricks on atot who think they are better than everyone else because they pretend to care about hippies on the internet.

Sucks, but keep in mind that the average borrower going through foreclosure hasn't made a payment in almost 500 days. That's a fucking long time to be living somewhere without paying any rent.

Wow. Some super judgmental pricks in here.

C'mon Homerboy, look at his damn hair and look at his little boy, he has a mohawk and his pants are ripped from the knees just like Daddy. I wouldn't touch them with a 10-ft pole like I said. There's a reason why they were kicked out from their last place.

I'm cautious towards any new people no matter how they look. I've learned in life that people that are well dressed and smooth talking tend to threaten legal action at the drop of a hat, blatantly rip you off with a smirk and are more manipulative compared to the average blue collared person.

That husband might be able to get a job if he got new pants, cut his hair, threw away that hat, took a shower (probably), shaved, and wiped that shit-faced grin off his face.

The only world that I want to live in is the world that is 100% Nick1985 clones with the same short-sighted view of things.

you're doing the same thing i am, except i'm doing it to get a rise out of you and you're doing it because THE INTERNET IS SERIOUS BUSINESS.

no, you're suddenly claiming that you are trolling for the sake of trolling, because all of your buttbuddies have left the thread, and now you have no one to back up your foolishness.

when you are exposed as an ignorant dickscarf, your response is to claim that you were trolling.

beautiful.

i don't see too many white people with dreads in the atlanta area.

Atlanta is a big city, and outside of Georgia Tech, how many well-educated PhDs do you have flooding the city?

that's certainly no indication of white-men-with-dreads, but you'll find far more diverse pockets of highly educated, very individual people in other parts of the south. Far more than in Atlanta. just head north...

They look like hippie vegetarian douchebags, I wouldn't touch them with a 10-ft pole. Maybe for $500 a month and if his wife and kids do chores around my house and he tends my lawn I would think about it.

I also suspect that once inside my house they'll be deadbeats and stop paying the rent.

you're just a plain old, every day douche bag.

If I was in SD, I would consider helping them out.

I'm sort of surprised to see so much dredlock dude support on AT, thought most here enjoyed pissing out the window on their types while drove by them in their lambo.

My gut reaction upon seeing the photo is that they're a family of carnies that finally decided to settle down in the big city. Sorry, that's just my honest superficial assessment. But since its craigslist the whole thing is probably entirely made up and a guy who looks nothing like that would show up and rob your house through the interior garage door.

Anyway, pleading poverty is all marketing just like everything else. Probably the best bet for the dad to shave his head and claim he's undergoing treatment for cancer. If that doesn't work, shave the rest of the families heads.
