traditionally, some have said that a car is the worst purchase ... but being a AT fan, I wonder...which depreciates more? a computer or a car?
thoughts on value systems vs. value cars and high end computers vs luxury cars?
also, what computer parts have u found to have the lowest depreciation? I would say computers and printers, but I might be wrong because I'm just thinking of what doesn't "need" upgrading as much usually...
personally, i was sick of all those "there is this girl who said hi to me" threads...you know which ones I'm talking about :)

Definitely computers. Cars lose its value pretty fast during the first few years, but they maintain value pretty well thereafter.

A $25,000 1993 car may go for about $7000-$8000 if in nice condition and low mileage.

A $2,100 computer from 1993 is probably worth about $50-150 right now.
