I am trying to come up with a project plan for deploying a phone system throughout all the departments for a city. This is an interview question I will have on Friday for a Project Analyst job (will analyze any project the city wants to look at: cost, benefit etc.) All of my background is in IT.
Does anyone have experience with this and can provide me with pricing, companies and products to look at? (estimated cost per phone?) I am looking at VOIP for simplicity but would like to do a cost comparison.
I have been studying this over the past few days just need some help with estimated costs mostly. Any diagrams would be helpful as well.
