dependent residentcy?

My dad lives in arizona, and has done for years. I however, have lived with my mom in england all my life(i'm still a US citizen though). Would i still qualify for dependent residency if i went to school in arizona, IE, would i qualify for in-state tuition? (not that any arizona colleges would be first choices 😀)

You should double check with the college, but I think you would have to get your dad's house declared as your legal residence for one year.
