DEP disabled

I am using Win 7 64, and noticed that the Data Execute Prevention DEP is disabled.- The options are directy greyed out.- Maybe the cause is some related service disabled, if somebody can tell me which services are relevant, or other cause, I ll be gratefull.-

bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx AlwaysOn
bcdedit.exe /set {current} nx optin

I tried executing both but no way.-
