What can be done right now to fix a small problem with my wisdom tooth? I was cleaning it with a toothpick and part of it broke off. 😱

Do they make something I can put in there until I can get to a dentist?
 
sounds like part of some dental work broke off.

anyway, a soldering iron will work in a pinch, just use unleaded solder.

Yep. Go to Walgreens (CVS, etc) and ask the worker for some emergancy dental patch stuff. Cheap and works for a bit.

Put it in milk?

It's a wisdom tooth. Most dentists will just send you to a cutting doc to have the rest of the tooth extracted.

Yeah, but I'm worried about infection until I can get to the dentist.
