What is the Denon warranty process like for their products like headphones? Has anyone ever had to use it before ? Is there only phone number to call not toll free ?

I sent my Denon receiver off a few months ago. Honestly I think I registered it online so when I logged into my account I created a "ticket" or similar that walked me through the return process.

Did you register your headphones? Not sure if they have serial #'s or not????

Create an account and try to register them. I am pretty sure you will need your original receipt (I did).

Their turn around time was extremely fast. I want to say they only had my receiver 2 or 3 days. They had to replace the part and then I think they run it for 24 hours or something to test it out and then shipped it the next day.

Thanks. Fixed my headphones myself thankfully! Just in time too! No waiting forever because of the holidays!

Denon has some of the worst Customer Service / Warranty in the business, IMHO. My 3808 was shipped back and forth 6x before the problem was taken care of. Actually the problem was never really fixed, but eventually I got them to agree to ship me a new unit to replace the old one. the only reason I was able to have them swap it out for a new unit is because mine was so poorly packed on the last trip back to me that it was damaged during shipping .. despite the fact it was damaged, I plugged it in and the problem still persisted. All is well with the new unit now. the ordeal took about 5 months.

This was years ago - like 10 years. But I had a denon stereo system and needed a repair - they referred me to a local authorize repair center and covered the repair fully. Are their any service centers in your area? I needed to bring my original receipt.
