Well... the dems who don't support it, yet, have 2 options, Ana1 S3x or Ana1 R@p3. I mean this time, while they are pressing the button, their balls will be under Guillotine, literally.

Democracy is the best government money can buy because folk with the money and corporations can tell the people what is in their interest and they will vote for it. And no, it doesn't really matter whose interest their interest refers to because in a democracy money can convince the people that the interests of money and the people's interests are the same.

All you need is a country where half the people are conservative self hating assholes.

Please tell us which type of govt lacks this form of coercion.

It'll be the GOP's fault, of course, for lack of union within their own party to get this passed.

Pretty good news IMHO. Maybe they'll go back to the drawing board and actually write a bill that will reform healthcare instead of a piece of shit welfare bill.

Actually, the liberal assholes are by far in the minority. But you've got to give them credit for their tenacity. They've never made a mistake they couldn't blame on somebody else.

I think youre right. This fall is gonna suck for them.

It might not. Sure there might be a game of whack-a Dem this fall, but the GOP is an ideological mess. I highly doubt the GOP is going to be able to really build any momentum out of mid-term gains. The GOP needs to burn their own house down before they can rebuild in a meaningful way. The corporate shills and moral majority tards won't be expunged any other way, and until they are the GOP is a meaningless hypocritical blob. If the GOP can't figure out who they are in a convincing way, any midterm losses by Democrats will be just a bump in the road.

But remember, the Dem's got swept into power because they were deemed to be the opposite of the Repub's. Don't underestimate the electorate.

There could very well be another knee-jerk reaction.

Personally, I'd welcome a Republican controlled Congress with a Democrat in the white house. Either party with a majority is capable of doing great damage.

It surely will. Dems will lose control of the house, and will be lucky to retain control of the senate.
I wasn't objecting to what the numbers might be. I was expressing ambivalence about what real effects the upcoming number swing would result in. The GOP gaining seats right now doesn't necessarily bode well for their ability to construct a sustainable resurgence unless they can reinvent themselves convincingly.

I can agree to that.

By the way, I'm proud to have gotten 2 of your posts Mr. Lurker.

I'm sure your previous experience with back door deals would give you some quality insight to make that call, wouldn't it?

Awwwww....is someone mad that they got caught up in a lie by me in another thread? Anyway, nice "try" to get me back. I give that lame-ass attack a -3/10. Try again, tard.

Nick's the liar. He's trying to call me out for something I openly stated I didn't know the whole truth about. I'm just in his sights today, probably because he wants to be as butthurt as he's claiming I should be.

In his sights eh? Seems you entered this thread and engaged him.
