Demos to show performance

Are there any FPS demos that run themselves so I can see the performance or quality of my system (QIII, Halflife, ...) I just want to sit and watch and not have to play to start with. If so what are they and what command line parms are needed to make them work.

doesnt UT have a couple of bots that you can use? i dont play ut so i wouldnt be sure, also, something that i know a couple of ppl do is to set it as a server for hl or Q3, and just see how it performs.
