Off hand: causing a ruckus on the forum, offending a moderator or admin for whatever reason, posting virus laiden torrents, and last but not least not uploading much or at all (which is the big one I would worry about if I gave invites to people I did not trust or know).

For those new invites, if you're going to be douchebags and not seed, donate $1 a month to the site.

It'll set your ratio to 1:1, so that way the people that sent you the invites don't get banend as well.
