You know who "you" are.

60,000,000 could wind up in prison--this is the Democratic party's wet dream.....what better way to care for the population than to throw 'em all in prison.

Hey, at least they'll be fed and have access to "free" medical care.

Conyers is an ass. Let's not forget about Orin Hatch when we are insulting one particular political party for being the RIAA/MPAA's butt-buddy.

300 million Americans live in a mental prison they cannot see. Don't get too wound up.

Ah yes, our resident pop psychologist chimes in with his usual repertoire. How quaint.

You might as well post REPUBLICANS WANT YOU DEAD given the history of Bush as Governor of Texas
combined with Ashcrofts insistance that every crime carry the mandatory federal sentance.
No governor in the history of any state in the US has a higher Kill Rate than Dubya had in Texas,
and it is now know that every appeal to the governor was ignored, not even looked at, just presented
to Dubya for him to sign the Execution Order, reguardless of the facts. Ashcroft had nearly the same
attitude for executions when he was the Governor of Missouri, just didn't get to kill as many.

Takes lots of money to stay in power...Hollywood is one of the few big groups who provides it to the Dems. The system is broken.

It's telling that you would compare the punishment of convicted murderers to the imprisonment of 60,000,000 people. Republicans don't want me dead, simply because I'm not a murderer, are you? Ever shared a file on Kazaa? Or how about copied a news piece from a website to here?

I don't do Kazaa, I think that 'File Sharing' is techenically theft, but I will buy a CD and record it
to my hard drive for my personal entertainment.

Too many people that are on death row CONVICTED OF MURDER are there because the
prosecuters or the local law enforcement manufactured false evidence to put them there.
HALF of the inmates in Illinois were found to be innocent when all the facts were known
and some had been there for a long time, some of whom had been executed.
It's way too easy for a Sherrif & his henchmen to put an innocent person away
just because they can, or need a scapegoat to make themselves look good.

60,000,000 (60 Million) would be about right, that's how many would vote against Bush right now,
If they can get them in jail before the next election Bush wins.
I know Conyers is a Democrat, but he's trying to do one thing and it's encompassing other items.
How is this any different what the R-Pubes want to do ? It's the same issue.

Care to direct to to a pop psychology link that says what I say. Your last one was about sales. I'm particularly interested in those that tell you 'you feel like the worst in the world'. Of course I know you prefer to deal in slogans like pop psychology so you can avoid a duty to think. But at least you're talking to somebody who understands your need to avoid the truth. Honesty inevitabely leads one into pain. If that weren't so everybody would know the truth. But don't feel lonely, there are millions in your cage.

Ever wonder, Corn, why you try to put me in a box, and I try to get you out?

A prison for your mind. Unlike Moonbeam, you, I, and millions of others refuse to "think", perhaps we are just incapable. Moonie is light years ahead of us, he told us so. Moonie knows the truth, he told us so. It is not for us to question, for surely the answer will never come, except from within. I only hope that Moonie doesn't spike the punch.............

So, Corn, how does it feel being so vastly inferior to me. I'm glad you understand what it is that you feel and how it manages to slip out unawares. The only difference between you and me is practice. I spent some time near a light. Those are only moonbeams you see.

Blissful. Well that was how I felt prior to your revelation of this truth. Since I don't, or can't think, I'm having a hard time articulating my primitive feelings in such a way so that someone as advanced as you could understand. It's similar with me and my cat, she'll tell me something, but all I hear is "meow".

do you think you are the only one who has ever read socrates?

i never really agreed with his cave theory anyway. how does he know that he is not the one in the cave and everyone else is dancing around in the sunshine. he has no proof, only a superiority complex.

also, for being so enlightened, why do you have so much trouble commmunicating with other?

i apologize for the off-topic nature of these posts.

Ah ha ha ha ha. You're so funny cornbread. Yeah, I agree, the dems are just as asinine as the repubs. They're both beholden to their little special-interests... So what else is new? Only when the fingers are pointed at the repubs do you deny it.

Because being on the outside Socrates could see and read the sign over the cave entrance that read "cave"... and heard the voices coming from within.. Also, Like Corn some only hear "meow"...

It's funny, because I'm sure you would love to be one of the 5% of those death-row convicted murderers who are later declared innocent.

Of course he does, he has his political blinders on. As someone else stated nothing will pass un-less the Republican controlled Congress wants it to pass especially when it comes to pork barrel spending ! Of course we all know where guys like Orin Hatch stand as he is willing to blow up your pc which could possibly cause physical harm if you were using file sharing programs. Of course this does show how corrupt and useless both parties are and how they are both equally controlled by special interest groups.
