LOL

In the very body sworn to protect and defend the Constitution, an e-mail is circulating warning U.S. Senate staffers not to view one of the most popular news sites on the Web, claiming it could spread computer viruses.

The Senate Sergeant-at-Arms, the chamber's official gatekeeper, said the Drudge Report, a news aggregator, and whitepages.com, a telephone directory site, "are responsible for the many viruses popping up throughout the Senate," according to an e-mail from the Environment and Public Works Committee obtained by FoxNews.com.

I visit Drudge all the time and not a single incident. Perhaps they should block the internet from their computers as they are demonstrating a lack of competence in using them.

AKA, don't let children play with scissors.

Faux Noise??? Serious??? NEVER!!! And without any substantiation, I seriously doubt you're qualified to know whether or not Drudge's site became infected. This report on rightpundit.com should help you remove that wad of faux outrage you're carrying around in your panties.

Drudge Report Virus: U.S. Attorney – Drudge Malicious Code Warning
By Maggie M. Thorton

The Massachusetts U.S. Attorney’s office is warning of malicious code in a web ad found on the Drudge Report. The warning instructed government-issued computer users to avoid the Drudge Report due to ‘potential’ viruses. See photos and a video below.

Tracy Schmaler, a Department of Justice spokesperson said the warning is not directed at the Drudge Report out of partisan politics but because the website was “flagged by internet security officials,” who found a malicious code.

Please avoid the Drudgereport website from the [United States Attorney's Office] computers,…

Employees were told if a work-related need to log-on to Drudge occurred, the employee will be provided access to computers off the government network.

I’m in and out of the Drudge Report all day long. I have never had a problem or a virus alert of any kind. Homeland Security was hacked by a “government contractor,” a teenager hacked into military these sites Patuxent River Naval Air Station in Maryland, the White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico, and NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The White House computers were hacked by China. Maybe Massachusetts is over-reacting, after all a Netflix popup can’t be all that bad.

I’m sure we will hear much more on the Drudge Report virus. Matt Drudge has not yet spoken out, but I’m betting that the Left will log a gazillion instances of malicious code affecting their computers.

You should see the idots in the Obama is going to ban fishing thread
And then tomorrow they are going to post that most Americans are even more stupid then that. Implying they are some of more intellectual Americans
I will agree with them all though, that the American school system has been in the toilet for quite some time
