BOB BECKEL: "Well, let me say it for them. I am trying to kidnap electors in states he (Bush) won that are not legally bound to him, that have a right to vote how they want to."
The scary part is, Bob Beckel is right. In 26 states, electors can vote any way they please. If we keep the electoral college, I think we need to change the law to require all electors to vote the way of the popular vote of their state.
Otherwise we have a half and half system, which gives us the worst of both worlds.
