Democrat ex-Mayor of New York supports Bush!

He has obviously been co-opted by the Bush regime. I'm sure he was drugged, extorted, or promised oodles of cash.😛

But anyway, as to the article.
Seems like he is someone who "gets it". He understand the challenges we face and why we need Bush's leadership to see them through.

Koch, gay and outspoken, doesn't mince words. He's a good man with common sense. Hopefully, with New York Republicans and Democrats working together, Bush will be re-elected in November.

I wont vote for Bush....but I also doubt I will be voting Democratic either.

I just hope Bush's domestic damage done by 2008 isn't so bad that Hillary wont be able to fix it even in 8 years.

"He met the terrorist threat head-on..." In Iraq?

At least we're having a coming out party for the closet neocons...

Koch just thinks that Bush will win, and apply the for us or against us philosophy in domestic affairs, too. He's right about the second part, anyway...

Yep, all those Terrorists in Iraq that were threatening ISRAEL --- NOT America :frown:

Was Iraq a terrorist nation? or is that Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Iran, and the unfinished business in Afghanistan???

she'll just damage any semblance of domestic policy we have if she is elected.

Koch's top 3 reasons for supporting bush:

1) "I'm jewish and bush kisses israel's @ss."
2) "I'm jewish and bush kisses israel's @ss."
3) "I'm jewish and bush kisses israel's @ss."

let me ask you this question then...Jews have traditionally been more often identified as liberal, Democrats, rather than Republicans. Do you think that Bush taking on an enemy of Israel, and obviously having much more in store for the middle east, than the Democrat candidates (other than Lieberman), means that Jews will more inclinded to vote for a Republican (Bush) than a Democrat (whoever) for President? Do you think it is possible that Lieberman might become a Republican?

I am quite serious about this question. I think that it may be possible for the Democrats to alienate a tradionally core constituency of the Democrat Party (Jews), over the approach the various candidates have over the Middle East.

A speculative debate over this would be appreciated.
