I'm sorry to disappoint you but I do not read nor listen to Drudge. I do not listen, watch or read what Rush or Glenn have to say. I find all three of them some what tedious and stopped paying attention to them some years back. If I want to be preached at, I would go to church.

If you have no idea what is going on, well, then, good for you.

So you made it up then?

Thanks Captain Bullshit - that's two completely invented controversies in one day, not bad for a Wednesday. Whatcha got for us today?

You might want to see what the FCC had planned for the public air wavies.

I'll ask again, what *DID* they have planned?

What is the goal?

Security in our god-given rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

In other words 'Freedom'.

Being Democratic (Republic in our case) is our chosen means to achieve our goal, but we don't always get there. It's also possible to backslide towards more oppressive standards. Democracy does not guarantee the outcome, it merely gives you the best chance of achieving it. Even if the rate of success is quite low.

The OP mangles the intent of Democracy with its outcome.
