I have 70,000 delta skymiles.

I don't really feel like using them for travel (plane).

Can I transfer the award points to my AMX card and use the AMX rewards such as hotel vouchers, etc?

Google it, the answer is no. You can however use them on other skyteam airlines so you won't be restricted just to flying Delta.
