In looking for quiet/efficient fans I came across this model

Size: 3-1/8" sq x 1", 12 VDC, 80 mA, 24 CFM, 21 dB, 2100 RPM. Ball bearing, brushless. plastic housing, plastic blades (7). Two 18" color coded leads for $5.95

It seems to have about the same specs as the Panaflow but is cheaper and more energy efficient. Anybody have one of these?
