Delta fan, cpu fan plug or power supply?

Should Delta 60mm fan on SK6 be plugged in to motherboard cpu fan plug or power supply molex? Motherboard is Gigabyte 7VTX, Tbird 1.2 C. I'd like to be able to monitor fan speed, like I won't be able to hear it?, but not if its going to smoke the mobo.

If the delta that your referring to is the 38CFM/7000RPM black label, don't plug it to yourmobo header.
Better use one of this if you want to monitor rpm.
