delta cpu fan and msi k7t turbo

I just got a new Global Win with a delta fan. I was wondering if I can plug it into my 3 pin fan connect on the mobo. I had heard ppl w/ deltas can't do this.

Also for those of you owning a msi k7t turbo what bios should I run? The offical (2.7) or te beta?

DONT plug it into the 3 pin header! plug it into the PSU

Dont own the K7T Turbo so i cant help you there sorry

Plugging it into the motherboard can cause alot of problems on the K7T.

I use the overclocker's B16 bios.

i use the oc'ers bios also.

warning about his mb. the northbridge hs don't have a fan w/ it, so unless u got good case cooling and good airflow around the cpu u gonna have stability problems even if cpu temp aint too high.

currently i'm running the wbk w/ a 92 mm fan over it, this gives my northbridge good cooling and good cooling for my cpu and very little noise.

i'd be suprised if you didnt' find the delta to be too loud after a while.
