Dell's return policy?

I am going to jump on the 19' lcd 1907 from Dell and just am concerned if there are dead pixels. Are they a pain in the ass to exchange or return items if there is a dead pixel out. Doe they charge a restocking fee?

lol relax man. I just received my 2007FP 1 month and it started to show dead blue pixels on me. I just e-mailed their hardware support and they helped me through it. Pretty easy you might say, I'm going to receive my replacement hopefully this coming tuesday and ship back the defective one @ $0.....
