Dell's policy on LCD Dead Pixel

I was thinking about getting the 710T from Dell, but I was just curious about their policy on dead pixels.

Can anyone help me?
 
Same as everyone else's, but for the record I haven't actually seen a dead pixel on the last 5 LCDs I worked with from Dell (2 19", 1 21", 1 17" and a 15" laptop screen).
