Hello,

this sucks. I was just getting ready to hit submit on a Dell order that I wanted to put through and the bastards decided to change promos on me. In the middle of the freaking sale.. WTF

no more 10% off anymore and I can't use the coupon that I got in my e-mail since it expired. WTF is there anything I can do. I have tried to call them but they are closed.

<rant> Yeah, well their tax department is trying to screw me out of 800 bucks worht of tax credits because they say all purchases were made in Dell home. No matter how much I tell them they were not made in Dell home and I have receipts they don't believe me. Dell home doesn't frigging charge tax morons. If tax was charged it had to be purchased through the small business division but their damn tax department rep is retarded and doesn't know how to listen. First it was fax in your tax certificate. Then they said to fax in a resale license which I did. Now after it's all faxed in they say the orders were placed for personal use. Retards.<rant>
