Dell's exchange question

So I purchased a 2405fpw and the one that I got was defective (kept on blinking,)
I called in and was offered an exchange. Two weeks later, my replacement comes in but there's no instruction on how to ship the old monitor back, no return shipping label, no packing list, nothing.

I thought that Dell was supposed to provide me all that and also give me a date and time for someone to come pick the monitor up??
Can someone who's had expereience with the exchange process tell me what I need to do next? I just don't feel like calling customer service and be put on hold for 30+ minutes.

ps: sorry if I posted in the wrong forum, I didn't know where to post this. I'm neither bragging nor moaning, this is not a hot deal, definitely not a for sale item.

Everytime I have got a 2nd item from Dell to replace a bad one, they never send me anything to send the bad one back in, nor instructions or shipping info.

I've always just kept the extra item, and they have NEVER charged me....

Both times they were LCD that had burnt pixels.

Stealing??

They send me NO WAY to send it back, no way to contact them, and never charge my card....(which they have on file)

They told me they would call me back and setup a return......why should I go out of my way to call them? I already had to spend 4 hours on hold getting the thing replaced in the first place.

Screw that.

Well, the guy I spoke with did tell me that he was going to call me. But it's only been 2 days since I received my monitor so I'll wait a bit longer.
Anybody else has any comment? Thanks!
