Dell

I have a dimension 9100 system. Right now I don't have enough to build a new system, but i want to upgrade. My computer has a 375 watt psu and i was wondering if i could replace it with any psu or does it have to be from dell? I went on their website and they don't even sell psu's so what do i do? My other question is that I have an Intel socket 775 mobo, is it possible to put a core 2 in there instead of my p4?

Chances are, not supported. What's your motherboard chip model? anything prior 945 won't run C2D, you have a HT p4 chip, the MB shipped with it is most likely older than the 945. And Dell PSU has speical connectors to their MB of choice, so a after market PSU might not work, I had a Dell8300, p4, it wouldn't use any other PSU.
