I know that each of the dimm is supposedly maxed out at 128 MB. However, I have a 256 MB SDRAM stick, and decided to stick it in.

My current configuration with windows 2000 recognize the add on, and the system hardware write that the memory is 384MB (256+64+64). However when I try install SUSe 9.2 professional in the other parttion, the message said that it won't install becuase the main memory is not 256 MB. I have insert the stick into the first bank (known as BANK 0).. Is there any way to make the installation goes smoothly?
