Dell XPS 850r Won't Turn ON

I am working on my friend's dell XPS and when he told me it won't turn on, it won't turn on. Everything is hooked up, can't test the PSU by itself cause there's no switch... when i push the on button, all i get is.. well, absolutely nothing. Any ideas? Thanks

Is the power switch hooked up on the right jumpers? I'm not familiar with much on Dell's besides this GX240 here. You might try using a screwdriver, or spare jumper on the 2 pins that start the system. Either that or the PSU is bad.
