Dell XPS 720 - Fan Control Software?

Hi,

My question is very simple, is there any software to install on my Dell XPS 710 (windows7) that can be used to engage and/or speed up the internal fans? When booting the pc, the fans scream at full speed, then idle back down to a nice quiet hum. However the location of my pc gets very hot very fast, especially when gaming. I'd like to dial up the fans as needed. Just wondering if there is such software. Thanks for any help.
