Hi, I'm looking to buy a decent high performance gmaing laptop. Dell has a fall clearance sale on laptops, and one of them is a Dell 15z. The link is at

I would replace the Hard drive witha SSD if i buy the laptop. Do you guys think its a decent laptop ? Will I be able to play some decent games with this laptop ? I would really like to buy a laptop which is silent and does not make too much noise.
I really had some bad experience with my previous laptops and I hope this time the community would help me with a good decision.

Did any one have a bad experience with the Dell 15z ?

Your Lenovo link didn't work, but whatever it is, I highly doubt has a 1920x1080 screen resolution like the Dell...

The GeForce GT 525M graphics card is underpowered for serious gaming. If you're looking for a gaming laptop, you should probably get something like an Alienware with a 680M instead.

Putting money aside, how do you think they compare in terms of performance and heating issues ?

I'm sure they are comparable, but the GPU is what makes the Lenovo the better deal
