I have Defective Harddisk change,but now I cant install or change Boot from USB,he will Adminpassword.
I have long time forgetten my Adminpassword

Since we have no way of knowing if you are really the owner, or if this is a stolen laptop, none of our users can, or should, attempt to help you.

If you really are the owner, you can call Dell and get them to provide a password reset code. Be prepared to prove ownership by providing the following proof -
  • Ownership of the computer.
  • Whether you are authorized to clear the password on the system.
  • Contact Information.
You are probably out of warranty, so there may be a charge for the tech support.
