Dell- upgraded to XP pro, now HD's only in PIO mode...

My Dim 4550 (845PE) was running perfectly well for a year under XP home.

Today I flashed the A06 BIOS and upgraded the OS to XP pro. Now I get an exclamation mark in device manager under "SCSI/RAID host controller" with the error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" All of my IDE devices are stuck in PIO mode, slowing the PC down to a crawl...

I remember Dell does this weird SCSI to IDE bridge thing on their setups, does anyone know how to fix it? I already checked all the BIOS settings, the HD's are in "auto" mode.

i already had it installed in the XP home... But I went and checked them anyway: the application (IAA) was refusing to start! So I uninstalled IAA and everything went OK! down with IAA!
