There is currently a new firmware out (A01) that fixes the dithering issues in aRGB/sRGB modes.

Not officially supported, so do so at your own risk. That said, I tested it out on both of my monitors and it fixed the dithering issue.
Better than sending it back and getting refurbs 😛
