I'd bet $ they'll partner with ATT, they have 3G enabled netbooks for sale now, I'll bet they're testing the market.

The subsidized netbook goes for $99 after rebate, but with a pretty hefty data plan/month

is the data plan just for the netbook, or can u add a phone line to it?
